Pumpkin is an incredibly healthy and versatile ingredient and we’re always look for new ways to incorporate in into our fall recipes. We can’t wait to cozy up to the fireplace with this one!
INGREDIENTS (yields 4 latte’s)
- 4 shots of espresso
- 700 ml milk
- 2 tbsp. pumpkin puree
- 3 tsp. honey (optional)
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg, clove and ground ginger
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Heat the milk together with the pumpkin puree and honey. Strain to get rid of any clumps, then add the spices
- Prepare the espresso using the Ze-presso Trend espresso machine. Pour the milk and pumpkin mixture over and top with whipped cream (if using)
Tip: Feel free to substitute dairy based milk with almond, soy or oat milk!
