Guacamole
Avocado is a superfood. It’s packed with healthy fats, which give it its creamy texture, and is rich in tons of vitamins, including K, B, A and C, and minerals including iron, zinc and phosphorus. It’s also an incredible source of potassium, which helps to maintain consistent blood pressure.
Plus, it couldn’t be easier to prepare. All you’ll need for this recipe is our MixSy multifunctional mixer.





INGREDIENTS
  • 2 avocados, chopped and soaked in lemon juice
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • Pesto
  • Chili, as desired
PREPARATION
  • Mix all ingredients using the MixSy
  • Serve with homemade tortilla chips or on toast for a healthy breakfast or lunch
 
Chefs tip: Make sure to use a ripe avocado to achieve a creamy guacamole. If the avocado yields to firm gentle pressure you know it’s ripe and ready-to-eat!
